Necessary preliminary tasks
Remove REAR AXLE FINAL DRIVE
Use special tools 00 5 010 and 32 1 060 /33 1 308 to remove radial shaft seal

Glass sunroof- Functional requirements
The glass sunroof and the sun protection can be
operated under the following conditions.
Standby state is switched on.
Drive-ready state is switched on.
The vehicle key must be in the car's interior.
Lifting/closing glass sunroof
Push switch briefly upward.
The closed glass sunroof tilts

Roller sunblinds, rear side windows
General information
The safety switch in the driver's door can be
used to prevent children, for instance from operating
the roller sunblinds using the switches in
the rear.
