Remove PANEL FOR REAR LID.
Disconnect all cable plug connections and pull wiring harness out of
rear lid.
Carry over the work step sho
Removing And Installing/Replacing Left Tension Spring For Rear Lid
(Tailgate)
Necessary preliminary tasks
Remove LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH PANEL on left
WARNING: Support tailgate in fully opened position with suitable
apparatus. Danger
of injury!
Press retainer (1) tog

Folding table in the rear
General information
There is a folding table in the center armrest of
the rear console.
Safety information
Warning
A folded-out folding table protrudes into the
car's interior and, in case of accident, braking or
evasive maneuvers can cause injuries. Objects
on the table can be thrown around the car

Steering Systems
Implementation of the Integrated Active Steering function has essentially
been made possible by the new ICM
system complex on the F01/F02.
The Servotronic function including valve control is also taken over by the ICM
